Being acutely aware of the escalating cost when getting married, the Purity Studios payment structure is split into three parts to make things a little easier for you:
20% Deposit - payable on booking.
40% of the remaining balance - due one month before the wedding.
40% - the remainder of the balance due on delivery of the finished DVDs/Blu-ray discs.
You can download an Adobe Acrobat Booking Form below - it consists of two pages. Page 1 is the actual Booking Form and Page 2 is the Purity Studios Terms and Conditions. Please read this before signing and return it with the Booking Form.
Please print off 2 copies of each and keep one copy for your own records.
Send along with your cheque for 20% of whichever package you've chosen (cheques made payable to Purity Studios). For other payment methods - contact the studio.
Needless to say, please check with the studio first for availability on your wedding date.
On receipt of your deposit, a Booking Confirmation will be posted to you.
That's it, your wedding will be booked.
If you're a bit of a technophobe and still like the traditional treatment - a sample DVD in your hand and a proper paper booking form. just contact the studio and we'll get a pack into the post to you.
